Onion Moong Bhajiya

Relish Onion Moong Bhajiya, where every golden, flavour-packed bite fills your plate with warmth.

Ingredients:


  • 210-215 ML water.
  • 1000 ML oil.
  • 4 chopped green chillies.
  • Some green coriander leaves.

Instructions:


  1. Mix the content of the pack with 210–215 ml of water. Stir to make a smooth batter. Leave aside for 10 minutes. Tip: for a spicier taste, you may add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  2. Gently stir the mixture before use. Heat 1000 ml oil for frying in a pan. Place teaspoon full of batter individually in the oil and fry on medium flame until crispy & light brown. Drain off the excess oil.
  3. Serve hot onion moong bhajiya with fried chillies, tomato ketchup/ green chutney.
