Dosa

Ingredients:


  • Approx 270 ML water.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • ½ tsp of Swaaditi whole rai
  • Appropriate amount of sesame.

Instructions:


  1. Mix content of the pack with 480 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Lightly grease a cold flat non-stick pan. Pour 75 ml batter in the center of cold pan. Spread batter in outwards circular motion to get a thin dosa of around 20 cm in diameter.
  3. Place the frying pan on medium heat. Sprinkle few drops of oil all over the dosa & fry till golden brown. Fold and remove dosa. For the next dosa, first cool the pan with a wet cloth till lukewarm and repeat step 2 onwards. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney. Tip: to make masala dosa, add potato and onion filling to the dosa before folding.
