Chakali

Ingredients:


  • 80 ML water.
  • Appropriate amount of oil.

Instructions:


  1. Mix content of pack in 80 ml water and knead it into very soft dough.
  2. Put mixture in chakali mould and make chakalis on a piece of paper.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and fry chakalis till light golden brown and crisp.
  4. Drain onto an absorbent paper and allow to cool. Store in airtight tin.
