Chakali

Ingredients:
- 80 ML water.
- Appropriate amount of oil.
Instructions:
- Mix content of pack in 80 ml water and knead
it into very soft dough.
- Put mixture in chakali mould and make chakalis
on a piece of paper.
- Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and fry
chakalis till light golden brown and crisp.
- Drain onto an absorbent paper and allow to cool.
Store in airtight tin.
