Uttam Sabji Masala (Stuffed Capsicum Paneer Bhurji)

Ingredients:


  • 200g paneer, crumbled & Salt to taste.
  • 1 onion & 1 tomato finely chopped.
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Jeera & Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Uttam Sabji Masala.
  • 4 whole large capsicums, seeds removed.
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions:


  1. Heat oil & add Swaaditi jeera, chopped onions, green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
  2. Add Swaaditi Turmeric, Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder, Swaaditi Uttam Sabji Masala and salt and mix these well.
  3. Add crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes and stir to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Stuff each of the hollowed-out capsicums with the prepared paneer bhurji.
  6. Place the stuffed capsicums in a baking dish, cover with aluminium foil, and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with more fresh coriander leaves.
