Tandoori Tikka Masala

Ingredients:


  • 250gm paneer cubes & 1 cup potato.
  • 200gm button mushrooms.
  • 250gm plain yogurt.
  • 4 tsp Swaaditi Tandoori Tikka Masala.
  • 2 tsp cooking oil.
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions:


  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, Swaaditi Tandoori Tikka Masala & salt (as required) to create the paste.
  2. Add the cubes of paneer, potato, & mushrooms to the paste and marinate it; then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated paneer, potato & mushrooms onto the skewers, alternating between them.
  6. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are fully cooked.
  7. Serve the tandoori paneer, potato and mushroom tikka masala as a starter or in a wrap, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
