Rojana Kitchen King Masala

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups cut mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes).
  • 1 onion, 2 tomatoes finely chopped.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • 2 tsp oil & Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Jeera, Turmeric & Coriander powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Rojana Kitchen King Masala.
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions:


  1. Heat the oil & add Swaaditi jeera, chopped onions, green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
  2. Add 1 tsp of Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste.
  3. Mix it in Swaaditi Turmeric, Coriander, Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder, Rojana Kitchen King Masala and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the diced mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes to coat them with masala.
  5. Adjust the salt, add water and cover the pan till vegetables are cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
