Rojana Kitchen King Masala
Transform everyday vegetables into a flavours delight with Rojana Kitchen King Masala, the secret behind delicious Dry Veggies.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cut mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes).
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes finely chopped.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 2 tsp oil & Salt to taste.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Jeera, Turmeric & Coriander powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Rojana Kitchen King Masala.
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
Instructions:
- Heat the oil & add Swaaditi jeera, chopped onions, green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
- Add 1 tsp of Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix it in Swaaditi Turmeric, Coriander, Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder, Rojana Kitchen King Masala and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the diced mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes to coat them with masala.
- Adjust the salt, add water and cover the pan till vegetables are cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
