Maharashtian Kanda Lasun Masala

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups cut mixed veggies (potatoes, gobi, green peas, carrots).
  • 2 tsp oil & Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Rai & Jeera.
  • 1 onion finely chopped & 2-3 green chillies.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Maharashtraian Kanda Lasun Masala.

Instructions:


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add Swaaditi Jeera, chopped onions, ginger, and green chillies & stir in Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste.
  2. Add Swaaditi Turmeric Powder and Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder. And Mix it wel.
  3. Add the chopped mixed vegetables & salt and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once the vegetables are cooked, mash a few of them to thicken the gravy.
  5. Add Swaaditi Maharashtrian Kanda Lasun Masala to enhance the flavour.
  6. Serve your delicious Maharashtrian gravy sabji with hot chapatis or steamed rice.
