Maharashtrian Masala Bhat

Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes.
- 2 tsp oil & Salt to taste.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Rai & Jeera.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric Powder.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
- 2-3 cloves, 1 bay leaf.
- 2-3 green cardamom pods.
- 2 tsp Flavourful Goda Masala.
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add Swaaditi Rai, Jeera, cloves, green cardamom pods and bay leaf.
- Add Swaaditi Turmeric, Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder and Flavourful Goda Masala and cook for a minute.
- Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes to coat the rice with spices.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt. Mix it well and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
- Serve your flavorful Maharashtrian Masala Bhat along with kadhi or pickle.
