Indori Poha
Add a burst of Indori flavors to your breakfast with Indori Jeeravan Masala, perfect for making delicious Poha.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups poha & 1/4 cup green peas.
- 2 tsp vegetable oil.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Rai & Jeera.
- 1/2 cup onion & 2-3 green chilli chopped.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi turmeric powder.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Indori Jeeravan Masala.
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
- Juice of 1 lemon & Salt to taste.
Instructions:
- Rinse the poha under cold running water & soak for about 10 minutes. It should become soft but not mushy.
- Heat oil in a pan & add Swaaditi Rai & Jeera.
- Add chopped onions, green peas, and green chillies. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add turmeric powder and salt & Swaaditi Indori Jeeravan Masala.
- Add the soaked and drained poha to the pan and gently combine everything, ensuring the poha is evenly coated with the spices.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- You can also use our Swaaditi Indori Jeeravan Masala in the preparation of other snacks such as Samosa, Kachori or Namkeens.
