Indori Poha

Add a burst of Indori flavors to your breakfast with Indori Jeeravan Masala, perfect for making delicious Poha.

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups poha & 1/4 cup green peas.
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Rai & Jeera.
  • 1/2 cup onion & 2-3 green chilli chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi turmeric powder.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Indori Jeeravan Masala.
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Juice of 1 lemon & Salt to taste.

Instructions:


  1. Rinse the poha under cold running water & soak for about 10 minutes. It should become soft but not mushy.
  2. Heat oil in a pan & add Swaaditi Rai & Jeera.
  3. Add chopped onions, green peas, and green chillies. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt & Swaaditi Indori Jeeravan Masala.
  5. Add the soaked and drained poha to the pan and gently combine everything, ensuring the poha is evenly coated with the spices.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. You can also use our Swaaditi Indori Jeeravan Masala in the preparation of other snacks such as Samosa, Kachori or Namkeens.
