Hyderabadi Biryani

Indulge in the essence of Hyderabad with Hyderabadi Biryani Masala, where every bite is a royal experience.

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes.
  • 2 cups vegetables (carrots, peas, beans & potatoes).
  • 1 large onion & 2 tomatoes thinly sliced.
  • 2 tsp ghee & 1 tsp kewda water.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Whole Jeera.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt & Salt.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Hyderabadi Biryani Masala.

Instructions:


  1. Heat ghee or oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan, add Swaaditi Jeera, sliced onions and 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
  2. Add tomatoes & mixed vegetables.
  3. Mix in the 2 tsp Swaaditi Hyderabadi Biryani Masala and salt.
  4. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan & combine with the vegetables and spices.
  5. Add plain yogurt & enough water to cover the rice and vegetables, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes till the water is absorbed.
  6. Add kewda water above the rice & garnish with coriander leaves.
