Hyderabadi Biryani
Indulge in the essence of Hyderabad with Hyderabadi Biryani Masala, where every bite is a royal experience.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes.
- 2 cups vegetables (carrots, peas, beans & potatoes).
- 1 large onion & 2 tomatoes thinly sliced.
- 2 tsp ghee & 1 tsp kewda water.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Whole Jeera.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt & Salt.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Hyderabadi Biryani Masala.
Instructions:
- Heat ghee or oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan, add Swaaditi Jeera, sliced onions and 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
- Add tomatoes & mixed vegetables.
- Mix in the 2 tsp Swaaditi Hyderabadi Biryani Masala and salt.
- Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan & combine with the vegetables and spices.
- Add plain yogurt & enough water to cover the rice and vegetables, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes till the water is absorbed.
- Add kewda water above the rice & garnish with coriander leaves.
