Home-Style Kala Masala (Marathi Style Aloo Baingan Sabji)

Craft a taste of home with Home-Style Kala Masala, the secret to authentic Marathi Style Aloo Baingan Sabji

Ingredients:


  • 2 medium-sized potatoes & baingan chopped.
  • 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Jeera &1/2 tsp Rai.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric & Coriander Powder.
  • 3 tsp Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Home-Style Kala Masala.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Dumdar Garam Masala.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions:


  1. Heat the oil & add Swaaditi Rai & Jeera
  2. Add the cubed potatoes & baingan and mix it well. Add Swaaditi Turmeric, Spicy-Laal Chilli & Coriander powder along with salt.
  3. Swaaditi 2 tsp Home-Style Kala Masala.
  4. Cover the pan and cook on medium-low heat, stir occasionally until the potatoes and baigan are tender and cooked.
  5. Once the vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with roti/rice and dal as a delicious Marathi-Style Aloo Baigan Sabji.
