Dumdar Garam Masala

Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes cubed.
- 2 tsp vegetable oil.
- 1 large onion, 2 tomatoes chopped.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Jeera & salt.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric & Coriander Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Dumdaar Garam Masala.
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan & add Swaaditi Jeera.
- Add finely chopped onions and 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
- Mix in Swaaditi Turmeric, Coriander & Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add cubed potatoes & enough water to cover the potatoes and bring it to a boil.
- Sprinkle Swaaditi Dumdaar Garam Masala and mix well. Adjust salt.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
