Dumdar Garam Masala

Ingredients:


  • 4 medium-sized potatoes cubed.
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil.
  • 1 large onion, 2 tomatoes chopped.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Jeera & salt.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric & Coriander Powder.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Dumdaar Garam Masala.

Instructions:


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan & add Swaaditi Jeera.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and 2 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic paste.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
  4. Mix in Swaaditi Turmeric, Coriander & Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add cubed potatoes & enough water to cover the potatoes and bring it to a boil.
  6. Sprinkle Swaaditi Dumdaar Garam Masala and mix well. Adjust salt.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
