Amritsar-Style Dahi Bhalla

Ingredients:
- 1 cup urad dal.
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped.
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda, Salt to taste.
- 2 cups plain yogurt.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Dilchasp Chat Masala.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Kashmiri Chilli Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Pink Salt.
Instructions:
- Soak urad dal for 4-5 hours, then grind it into a smooth batter with green chillies, ginger, salt, and baking soda.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop spoonful of batter and fry until it becomes golden.
- Soak fried bhallas in water for 20-30 minutes, then gently squeeze out excess water.
- Mix the yogurt with water to make a smooth mixture and salt to taste.
- Arrange squeezed bhallas in a serving dish, pour yogurt over them.
- Sprinkle Swaaditi Dilchasp Chat Masala & Kashmiri Chilli Powder on top.
- Drizzle tamarind chutney and garnish with coriander leaves.
