Dhaba-Style Paneer
Paneer dances with spices, rich tomato falvours. Taste street food magic on your plate.

Ingredients:
- 250gm paneer cubes & 2 tsp oil.
- 1 large onion, 2 tomatoes & 1 chilli-finely chopped.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Swaaditi Jeera.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Coriander, Turmeric & Guntur Tikhi Chilli Powder.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Dhaba-Style Paneer Masala.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Dumdaar Garam masala.
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add Swaaditi Jeera & finely chopped onions & tomato.
- Stir in the Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Add Swaaditi Dhaba-Style Panner Masala, Coriander & Turmeric Powder & Guntur Tikhi Chilli Powder and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the paneer cubes and mix gently to coat it with the masala. Cook for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle Swaaditi Dumdaar Garam Masala and mix it well.
- Cover the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavours of the gravy.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve your delicious Dhaba-style Paneer Sabji with roti, naan, or rice.
