Delightful Fried Rice

Cook the fried rice with lots of veggies and make it a delightful meal.

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups cooked and cooled rice.
  • 2 tsp oil & 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Black Pepper.
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn) chopped.
  • 2 cloves of garlic, 1 small onion finely chopped.
  • 2-3 tsp soy sauce & 1 tsp salt.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Delightful Fried Rice Masala.
  • Chopped green onions.
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions:


  1. Heat oil, add minced garlic and chopped onion
  2. Add the diced mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the rice to the pan breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry for a few minutes to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  4. Pour soy sauce over the rice and continue to stir-fry.
  5. Add Swaaditi Delightful Fried Rice Masala, salt, and Swaaditi Black pepper to taste.
  6. Continue to stir-fry for a few more minutes until the fried rice is heated through and becomes slightly crispy.
