Classic Sambar Masala

Experience the timeless flavours of South India with Classic Sambar Masala, where tradition and taste come together in every spoonful.

Ingredients:


  • 4 tsp Toor dal.
  • Vegetables (carrots, beans, baigan) chopped.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Classic Sambar Masala.
  • 2-3 Tamarinds.
  • 2 tsp Oil & Salt.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Rai.
  • 10-12 curry & coriander leaves.
  • 3-4 dried red chillies.

Instructions:


  1. Cook toor dal until soft.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add Swaaditi rai, curry leaves and red chillies.
  3. Add vegetables & cook until soft.
  4. Mix 2 tsp Swaaditi Classic Sambar Masala.
  5. Combine with cooked dal and tamarind.
  6. Add Swaaditi Pink Salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with imli chutney & hot rice or idli/dosa./li>
