Anokha Paratha Masala

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup wheat flour.
  • 2-3 tsp Swaaditi Anokha Paratha Masala.
  • Swaaditi Pink Salt to taste.
  • Ghee for cooking.
  • Any vegetable (eg. Boiled Aloo, chopped Palak, Methi, Paneer or Beetroot).

Instructions:


  1. Combine wheat flour, water, salt, and Swaaditi Anokha Paratha Masala and any leafy vegetable of your choice to create a soft dough.
  2. Alternative Recipe - Create a dough with wheat flour, salt and make a stuffing of grated paneer or boiled potato and add Swaaditi Anokha Paratha Masala in the stuffing.
  3. Roll out a dough ball into a small circle and place a portion of the stuffing in the center.
  4. Seal the stuffing by folding the dough and roll it into a paratha.
  5. Cook the paratha on a pan with ghee or oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
  6. Serve the hot parathas with yogurt, pickle or chutney.
